Rachel Elaurant is currently studying a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Economics) at the Queensland University of Technology.
Over the past two years, Rachel has been mentored by a leading Family Law Barrister. She now supports our Barton Family Law Team as a Legal Assistant and a client care officer and is the first friendly point of contact for our clients.
It is important to Rachel that we are advocating for the best practical outcome for our client’s futures. This is because she understands that family law directly impacts people’s home lives and everyday experiences.
Rachel believes in approaching every situation with an open mind and empathy. She understands that a family law dispute can be one of the most emotionally draining and uncertain times in a person’s life. Rachel works hard to alleviate these stresses and tries to provide clients with some peace of mind.
Rachel often assists our solicitors in forensically analysing bank statements and financial disclosure documents. If one of our clients has a concern that somebody may be hiding money in a property dispute, Rachel can assist with tracing financial records to get to the bottom of it.
Rachel is a dedicated and driven team member of our dynamic team and is excited to learn from the team.
