I am a dedicated family law solicitor, committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to clients navigating sensitive family law issues. I joined the Barton Family Law team in 2021, and since then I have assisted clients through divorce proceedings, parenting disputes and property settlements.
I graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Economics – Distinction) in 2022. In 2023, I completed my Practical Legal Training Course at the College of Law and was soon after admitted to the legal profession.
Whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, I am dedicated to achieving favourable outcomes for my clients while prioritising their emotional well-being and that of their families. I am devoted to guiding clients through challenging times with empathy, professionalism, and an unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible results.
APPROACH
My approach centers on understanding each client’s unique needs and circumstances and tailoring a strategy to suit their interests. I strive to foster a supportive environment, while delivering strategic, practical, and solution focused advice.
My background in both law and business enables me to bring a unique perspective to each case, as I have a keen understanding of financial and business implications which are often intertwined in family law cases. I assist on many files forensically analysing financial disclosure documents and bank statements. If one of our clients has a concern that somebody may be hiding money in a property dispute, I can assist with tracing financial records to get to the bottom of it.
My commitment to my clients extends beyond the courtroom. Continuous education and learning is fundamental to my approach as a solicitor. I am aware of and constantly engage with evolving laws and new cases so that I can provide well-rounded advice to my clients. I maintain a strong network and access to resources which contributes to my ability to provide comprehensive legal advice.
